Integrity verification

SHA-256 your local files against the server.

Click 🔍 Verify… on any album hero. SnapFlow Sync SHA-256s every local file and compares against the server-recorded hash captured at ingest.

Outcomes:

  • OK — bytes match.
  • Drift — local file has been modified or corrupted. Re-download to recover.
  • Missing — file not present locally. Run a Pull to fetch it.
  • No-hash — legacy upload from before integrity tracking shipped. Re-ingest to capture the hash.

Use this before archiving an album to cold storage, after a drive scare, or as a sanity check on a USB transfer.
