Cold storage tiering

Move rarely-served albums to a cheaper tier.

Old albums you don't expect to serve at full speed can be moved to cold storage:

  1. On the album hero, click ❄ Cold storage….
  2. Confirm. On Glacier-class S3 backends, each photo object's StorageClass gets transitioned to GLACIER_IR. On Hetzner-style backends without tiering, the album-row flag flips and the bytes stay where they are.
  3. The album hero gets a ❄ Cold badge.

Restoring: ❄ Restore…. On Glacier-class backends the actual byte restore takes 3-5 hours; the badge flips back immediately so you can see the restore was initiated.
